Hello Friends:)

I wanted to drop a note to share a story with you that I found really moving. I am enrolled in a speaking program called [Heroic Public Speaking](https://heroicpublicspeaking.com/?ref=letters.michaelmaddaus.com) and as part of the program we watched multiple talks to learn the art of storytelling. One talk, [R2 Where Are You?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXRsPlhx5ao&ref=letters.michaelmaddaus.com), was by [Tig Notaro](https://tignation.com/?ref=letters.michaelmaddaus.com), a brilliant comedian. Although the talk does have humor, humor is not the main theme – it is really the story of relationships, especially the relationships between parents and children. The video is a touching and heart-warming story of her relationship with her step-father Rick. I am aching to give the punchline lesson away – but I won’t. Just listen for the moment when Tig tells us what the lesson is. Remarkable. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did. Stay safe and connected!
